Bryant is a Special Operations Veteran, executive coach, strategist, and leadership development expert with 30+ years of experience advising leaders in complex, high-stakes environments. He has advised across sectors from global defense and interagency operations to law enforcement, NGOs, and business offering insight into organizational leadership, strategic planning/thinking, and systemic change. He is known for blending field-tested wisdom and academic rigor with collaborative facilitation methods. Operational experience in Africa, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
A lifelong learner/practitioner, he holds executive education credentials from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, M.S in International Relations, MMAS from the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) and is in the final stage of his Doctorate with Vanderbilt University in Leadership and Learning in Organizations
He is passionate about developing critical thinking leaders that can navigate complexity and build cultures of trust and adaptability.
